Money Flex AI terms of service

These terms govern your use of moneyflexai.org ("Money Flex AI"). By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. For questions, email support@moneyflexai.org.

Who can use Money Flex AI

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live. Keep your account credentials private and use only an account you are authorized to access.

What Money Flex AI does

Money Flex AI is a paid service that turns one adult portrait into a synthetic cash-flex entertainment video using a prepared motion reference and an external AI video provider. The current generator uses Seedance 2.0 through KIE. The available workflows and settings are those offered in the generator.

Generation requires an account and enough credits for the selected resolution. The generator and checkout display their current availability. Maintenance, provider outages, and processing queues can temporarily affect purchases or generation. If checkout or generation is unavailable, contact support for help with an existing purchase.

Money Flex AI is independent and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CapCut, ByteDance, or the creators of the cash-flex trend. Naming an underlying AI provider does not imply endorsement.

Your photos and content

Upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult who agreed to appear in the video. You retain rights you already hold in your input and permit the processing needed to fulfill your requested generation.

Do not upload photos of minors or public figures, create sexual or harassing content, impersonate someone without permission, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or use the service for fraud. Attempts to bypass payment, credit limits, or account restrictions are prohibited. We may restrict access or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The fictional notes in generated scenes are not proof of wealth, earnings, assets, or ownership. Do not present generated cash as genuine financial evidence. The service provides no financial advice or income promise.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars: $9.90 for 50 credits, $19.90 for 100 credits, or $29.90 for 160 credits. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or free generation tier. Signup grants zero credits. Purchased credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for cash except through an eligible purchase refund. Review the pack, currency, and total shown at checkout before paying.

A 10-second video costs 20 credits at 480p, 45 at 720p, or 80 at 1080p. The server determines the cost from the selected resolution and deducts credits when a generation task is created. Review the amount before submission. Changes to pack prices or generation costs apply to future purchases or submissions.

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Money Flex AI stores order and payment references rather than full card details. Credits are added to your account after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. An incomplete or canceled checkout does not add credits. If you have been charged but your credits are missing, contact support with your order reference before purchasing again.

Delivery and your video library

You can check submitted tasks in your account's video library. Completed videos are available for preview and MP4 download by the account that owns the task. Processing time varies with provider demand and the selected settings; an estimated waiting time is not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

Failures and output quality

When a task is confirmed as technically failed or canceled, the credits deducted for that task are automatically returned to your account. This restores service credits; it does not automatically refund a card payment. If a submission is awaiting confirmation or appears stuck, contact support with the task ID before retrying so that the original task can be checked.

A completed output may contain variations in faces, hands, movement, clothing, or banknotes. An imperfect creative result is not automatically a technical failure. No exact likeness or creative result is guaranteed. Generated examples show individual outputs and do not guarantee that a different photo will produce the same result. Decorative scene artwork is illustrative. Review your video before sharing it; you are responsible for having the necessary rights and following the destination platform's rules.

Refund requests and billing issues

If you contact us within 7 days of purchasing a credit pack and none of that pack's credits have been used, you are eligible for a full refund. Partly used packs are not refundable under this policy; the remaining credits do not expire. Full details and the request process are in our refund policy.

For a duplicate charge, missing purchased credits, or another billing issue, email support@moneyflexai.org from your account email or open a support ticket. Include the order reference, purchase date, amount, and any affected task IDs so we can check the records.

Approved payment refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The refunded pack's credits are removed from the account. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or verification code to support.

These terms and the credit-return process do not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable mandatory consumer law.

Music and publishing

The service does not supply an unlicensed copyrighted trend song. Only approved template audio may be attached. Check the rights available to your account when adding music elsewhere, and label synthetic content when required by your publishing platform.

Availability and changes

We may update features or these terms. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version. AI processing depends on external services, and uninterrupted access or a specific creative result is not guaranteed. These conditions do not change the refund rules for eligible purchases or your mandatory consumer rights.
