Account and purchase data

Money Flex AI uses account details to authenticate you, maintain your private video library, record purchases, and manage credits. Payment details go to the configured checkout provider. The application stores purchase references and fulfillment records rather than full card details.

Selected photos and generation

Selecting a photo prepares a resized JPEG locally in your browser. Removing the photo before submission removes it from the active form. Selection alone does not send the image to our AI service.

Submitting a generation sends the prepared portrait to KIE’s upload service and the configured video model alongside the operator’s licensed cash-flex reference. Third-party processing is subject to those providers’ terms and policies. Do not upload private documents, a child’s portrait, or images you lack permission to use.

The task database stores generation settings, provider task identifiers, status, prompts, and credit records. It does not store uploaded portrait bytes as a task field. Providers may retain inputs under their own policies; this service does not promise immediate third-party deletion.

Finished videos

The configured service stores finished videos in private object storage. Playback and download require the account that owns the task. You can download a local copy. Copies you publish elsewhere are subject to the destination service’s policies.

Cookies and optional services

Authentication cookies maintain your session. First-party business analytics use a separate random, HTTP-only browser cookie for up to 30 days to count daily public-page visitors. We store a daily keyed hash, public landing path, source category, referring domain and sanitized UTM source. We do not store full referring URLs, search terms, IP addresses, photos, prompts or account identifiers in visitor records. Anonymous source records are removed from the rolling 90-day window during routine visit processing. Private account, authentication and admin pages are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests skip visitor collection.

Aggregate registration, video-task and purchase statistics are derived from server records and restricted to authorized administrators. Different devices, clearing cookies and blocked tracking can change visitor counts. This first-party collection does not enable Google Analytics or Clarity.

Your choices and support

Replace or remove a selected photo before generating. Use the support tickets in your account for account access, deletion, privacy, or purchase questions. For privacy and account deletion requests, contact support@moneyflexai.org. Financial records may be retained to handle purchases, disputes and required recordkeeping.
